To enhance team spirit and strengthen working connections among departments, in August 2022, Pomina Flat Steel organized an exciting and particularly special team-building trip for all its employees. The destination was the coastal city of Phan Thiet, with the theme "Mind Of Steel – Steel Determination". The program took place from August 19th to 21st, 2022.
Besides celebrating the company's 5th anniversary, the 2022 Teambuilding program serves as a token of gratitude from the company's leadership to the Pominator team in the shared home of Tôn Pomina. It's a sincere recognition and appreciation for the collective journey of Pominators over the past 5 years, during which they have bonded, built, and spread values to the community.
To embody the Steel Determination spirit, this year's Teambuilding organizers have designed a program entirely different from previous years, focusing on experiential learning, teamwork, and team cohesion through key activities: the 2022 Football Tournament Finals, Tà Cú Trekking, Meditation – Yoga – Wellness, charity activities, and the sparkling Gala Dinner night.
This was also an occasion for the Pomiantor team to sit together, rewind time, and look back on the 5-year journey of Steel Determination, 5 years of standing firm in the Vietnamese steel market of Pomina Flat Steel.
With meticulous preparation from the company's leadership and the enthusiastic spirit of all team members willing to overcome challenges, the 2022 Teambuilding program was successfully held as expected.
Here, the Pominator team enthusiastically participated in every activity with excitement and determination, demonstrating the true spirit of Steel Determination.
It's easy to see that the company's "warriors" are all passionate and enthusiastic in everything they do. Despite facing many challenges and obstacles, they strive to overcome and succeed. The evidence is that all the challenges of the team-building program were conquered and completed excellently.
There's nothing too difficult when everyone comes together with unity and solidarity to achieve their desired goals. The joy is not in the rewards they receive; the true celebration of victory lies in the enduring bond. This is also the goal that the company's leadership has built throughout the 5-year journey of establishment and development of Tôn Pomina.
