As part of the plan to build and develop a professional, cohesive, and unified workforce, aligned with the company's common goals, the Board of Directors of Pomina Steel Corporation organized a training session with the theme: "Synergy in Action" on Saturday, May 7, 2022.
According to the outlined plan, the training session took place at Sao Mai Phu My Resort, with the participation of the company's Board of Directors and employees from various departments. Leading the training session was Mr. Bui Quang Thuan - Deputy General Director of Pomina Steel Corporation, who delivered many lessons and insights into work skills, positive attitudes in the workplace, interpersonal interactions with colleagues and customers, as well as personal conduct in daily life
This was also an opportunity for Pomina Flat Steel's employees to meet, socialize, and connect more closely with departments at the factory and representative offices.
The training session provided a platform for open sharing of personal views between employees and the company's leadership regarding the work process at Pomina Steel, as well as addressing any work-related queries or concerns.
