Continuing the legacy of Ngoi Cay Kindergarten, Ngoi Cay Elementary School, part of the educational hub in Ban Ngoi, Xa Ngoi Cay, Town of Muong Ang, District of Muong Ang, Dien Bien Province, has been constructed with the support of the Department of Education and Training of Muong Ang District.
The Ngoi Cay Elementary School has been completed beautifully and elegantly.
Despite the treacherous mountainous terrain, challenging travel, and harsh weather conditions with temperatures often dropping below 10 degrees Celsius on the freezing winter days, Pomina Flat-Steel and our project partners in the Sheltering Dreams project have persevered together. We have overcome obstacles and difficulties with determination to provide elegant school buildings, establish complete facilities, with love and compassion, and bring hope to the children of Dien Bien - Northwest Vietnam.
Local teachers have aided in the transportation of Pomina AZ50 Cold-rolled Steel Roofing with Insulation Foam.
Situated in a valley, each phase of construction faced numerous challenges, yet the school has been completed beautifully and on schedule. This success is attributed to the dedication of the local community and the teachers.
In alignment with the design concept, we have utilized Pomina AZ50 Cold-rolled Steel Roofing, moss green in color, for the roofing structure. Our product features PomiColor super-smooth paint, durable and resistant, providing a bright, long-lasting finish, with high corrosion resistance, enhancing the overall aesthetics of the school.

On the day of the school's inauguration, we witnessed the joyous and excited eyes of the children in their new uniforms, carrying fragrant books. Esteemed teachers, along with parents, were all filled with happiness, welcoming the new school.
