With the goal of bringing market stories, development directions, and addressing the concerns of each customer about products or strategies, Pomina Flat-Steel organized a series of online seminars with the theme "Pomina Flat-Steel - Value Connection." The event took place on the Zoom platform throughout September 2021.
The program was attended by the Leadership Board and departments of the Pomina Flat-Steel brand, along with a large number of customers from the Mekong Delta, Southeast, Central Highlands, and Northern regions.
In a phase with many challenges like the current one, promoting business programs, disseminating product details and development directions, and continuously maintaining connections with customers are determining factors for the company to gain trust from consumers. Pomina Flat-Steel has been and is conducting many similar activities, carefully preparing for the return to the market as soon as the pandemic is under control.
With a duration of more than 2 hours for each event in the seminar series, Pomina Flat-Steel representatives shared practical insights into the development process, business and marketing orientation, while also answering all customer questions about products and related policies.
The majority of customers shared and actively participated in the Q&A session, creating an open atmosphere through each event. For this seminar series, Pomina Flat-Steel received support from participants for the effort in connecting and caring for customers.
