CONSTRUCTION OF LONG AN PROVINCE POSTAL TRANSPORTATION CENTER

The Long An Province Postal Transportation Center is located on a plot of land with one side of a fence bordering an internal road within the industrial park. The project used ShieldViet LEED steel sheets – a premium colored cold-rolled steel sheet product line from Pomina Flat Steel.

Overview of The Long An Province Postal Transportation Center Project

– The post office building is located in the center of the plot, with integrated office space on the mezzanine floor and a water pumping station.

– A guard booth is located at the main gate

– The parking area is located in front of the operator’s building and near the main gate

– The transformer and generator are outdoor block type units located near the side gate

– The internal road system is designed to run around the post office building and provide access to auxiliary facilities and the loading/unloading area, with a road width of 3.5m. Additionally, it connects to the external road system via one gate: a main gate and a secondary gate located on the southeast fence. This internal road system not only provides access and connects the various building components but also serves fire prevention and control purposes.

– A system of green belts and lawns is arranged around the site and interspersed around the construction elements. This system creates a landscape and green focal point for the Center, while also acting as a green barrier to block noise and dust from the road system outside the site.

– The loading and unloading yards are located at both ends of the Operator’s Building.
